I have had nothing but problems with the purchase of Dell Latitude E7440. After two major hardware repairs along with wrong drivers installed, I called to discuss options for trade in. Called 6 times today and after the last hour and half on hold, I am convinced they don't want consumer customers. DO NOT buy Dell products unless you want no support and use a very unreliable laptop. I even tried chat service and they said to call. Awful. This company should be boycotted for consumers!
