I just placed an order for my Dell 15 5000 Series Inspiron laptop. On the website it sates, order today ship out the next day. It has now been 48 hours since my order, and I'm looking for a tracking number. When I ordered the laptop I was told that they can only ship to my billing address which I said was not a good idea as no one is home during the day. Long story short I call in to see if I can obtain a tracking number, and I was told that my lap is still "in process". Please DO NOT STATE on your website that you can deliver this product next day. That is flase advertisment!
