I placed an order that, according to e-mails and texts from Dell was shipped via FedEx Ground. The tracking number does not show up in FedEx so I am trying to get more information from Dell. I've tried the "live" chat three times today which has an absurdly long queue (145 people since I last checked.) I tried both the e-mail and Facebook support but both methods required a number that is only given through phone support. This will be my last time using Dell.
