I want to buy a laptop for my family back in my country. Dell is one of the SUPER worst customer support i ever had in my life. I ordered laptop online and it was cancelled because some ipaddress issue, paypal issue all BS crap those customer support says. I was with 8 customer support and sales guys to resolve this issue, no body had any clue how to help just blame on some BS and blame on paypal (which finally no issue with paypal) and asked me to submit another order which inturn cancelled. I had chat message discussion with dell support about this issue. No none bother to fix this and call up to fix this issue. The dell SUCKS I and my fa, mily finally cancelled my account and decided NEVER EVER BUY DELL Products in my life and tell my friends about this BS crap happened.
