My husband purchased a refurbished Dell laptop for me in May. I am an instructional designer so I make my living using a computer. Right out of the box it wouldn't start up. Needed a new hard drive so we had to send it back. I was afraid to use it after that and when I did start, the mouse pad would freeze. A Dell service man came out to fix it. Each of these issues took hours, 2-3 hours on hold on the service line to finally get to talk to a person. The docking station that was purchased at the same time turns out to be incompatible with the laptop. They were purchased at the same time and it was listed as the correct docking station for this laptop. NEVER EVER buy a Dell laptop… Refurbished or new. The customer service STINKS.
