I began feeding my bloodhound puppy this food. There were no problems with the first bag. However, with the second bag, my dog began vomiting (4 times over two days that I am aware of). Then he refused to eat it. I filed a complaint online and called the store where I bought the food to no avail. This bag of food cost $45.00. I quit feeding it to my puppy and tried feeding it to my coonhound, who has a gut of iron. She got sick as well, so I am sitting on a useless and expensive bag of dog food that the company has not taken responsibility for. Now that I have quit feeding it all dogs are fine. A dog trainer I know says a Diamond food gave her dog e. Coli, and I think this is what was wrong with my puppy. Clearly this company does not police its ingredient sources and I recommend against it.
