I was trying to place an online order for two items, a grill that costs $159.99 and binoculars that cost $79.99. They are running a special through midnight 11/12/15, free shipping, and $20 off a $100 purchase. When I put the items in my cart, I only received $10 off the grill bringing it down to $149.99 and only a portion off shipping due to the weight of the grill. I contacted Dick's through their online chat and was told I could not get free shipping due to the weight of the grill. And if I made my purchase, the agent would "give me a one time accommodation" and credit me back the additional $10 off my purchase. That should have been $20 off my purchase since it was over $100. What terrible customer service and what I feel is false advertising. I went onto Sports Authority website and found the SAME grill for $135.99 AND free shipping regardless of the weight of the grill.
