Just read all the reviews on the internet. Has only one phone number. Promises to have a supervisor to call you, but never does. Claims to have phone technical difficulties almost every day. Has no system to take your messages after hours. Commits to give road service but authorization is required first, but on Saturday and Sunday provides no way to get authorization. Stays open only from about 10:00 am to about 5:00 pm. Give inadequate explanations of why they denied your repair claim. What gives???
