Much like people in other reviews, I canceled my auto warranty in August, sent in all of the proper documentation, and was told I would receive my $1600 refund in 4-6 weeks. It has now been 12 weeks and I still have not received my refund. The last time I called they said the refund would be applied to my credit card on Nov. 15th, but still no refund. Today I called, and after sitting on hold for 20 minutes they finally answered and said that it was supposed to be credited on the 15th of November and that they will look into it. I highly doubt anyone will do anything. Stay away from this company!!!
