After nearly 10 years of service with Direct TV in NM and nearly 20 yrs before that in Alaska, we just cancelled them because they did not tell us that our recent move from NM to CO would mean we'd no longer receive the national network channels (NBC, ABC, CBS, etc). Upon exploring solutions with them, they said we could take a chance with putting rabbit ears on our TV or pay more, per network channel, for "extended networks." What's amazing is that we moved from a tiny town in NM to a town 15 times the size in CO! What's even more amazing is that in 2015, a corporation associated with AT&T would suggest we use a rabbit ear device! Instead of solutions, they charged us a cancellation fee of $120 because there were a few months left on the contract. Never again.
