I called to cancel my service and it took over 30 minutes. I'm not sure if there is an English requirement but there should be. It is very hard to understand the customer service reps.
Directv is criminal. I am so glad we cancelled our services.
We were a loyal customer for over 3 years and yet – I have to pay a $260 cancellation fee. Wonderful.
