Your customer support is terrible. Stop the automated system, get a human answering and bring the live support back to the US so we can talk to professionals who have a clue. Hiring out to India might save you money, but we hate your company for it. As soon as my contract is finished, so are my payments to your lousy company. Your greed and ignorance is beyond comprehension.
