My sister purchased a light up snowman for me today. Which broke, I tried to exchange it for another one this evening, the one cashier didn't give me a problem, then another girl came on the other register, and said I told her I dropped it, which I did, after I was looking at it unbroken and my hand went right through it, that's what I told her, the truth my friend was with me, and heard me tell her what happened. She was very rude, I am a regular customer, some time three or more times a day. I also spend slot of money in that store located at Linden and Frankfort Are. I never seen her there before, all the other employees are great. I never had a problem with any of the staff. All my family shops at that store. I never had to return anything. Plz reply.
