The dollar General store in effort pa is terrible. If I go in there and it's relatively quiet there is never anyone around to check me out right away. Then if I go in there and its busy they have one register open until a few people start complaining. Now if the place was neat and tidy I would not complain as I would know the employees were keeping the place clean and neat and organized. There are new stores popping up all over this area. I hope they are run better than effort pa location
