Dollar Tree in 22487 Foothill Boulevard Hayward California 94541 according to the store manager Ramon Fernandez. It is a California law that food items cannot be returned or exchanged. I was exchanging a sugar free cough drops to a regular cough drops he said it is considered food item therefore he cannot do it for me the item I am exchanging is still in its original packaging. I have not ever heard that law before. Is it the California law in this particular store only?
