Draftkins restricted my acct after I used a different named credit card for a 2nd deposit. Said they wanted copies of the front and back of our Driv Lic and credit cards. I DID send the info and then have never ever received a response after that! They will not allow me to withdraw my money back, so basically have stolen it! Nor will they reply to my multiple sent support emails! Hands down the worst customer support service I have dealt with in my life. And I'm reading this has happened to MANY people. How long can they keep our money? Class action? My account has been frozen for over a month!!
