It's been about 5 weeks I withdrew funds from my DraftKings account into my Paypal account and I still haven't recieved the funds. I've sent emails to the customer service and the only respnse I get is the following message: "We are currently experiencing high service volumes at the moment. If you do not find the answer to your inquiry below, please reply directly to this email."
I've replied to the emails and didn't get a reply, there's also a link to the email but my email and password doesn't work to that link, eventhough it works on the website. Can you please let me know the status of my funds, thiis very frustrating, I'm thinking about switching over to FanDuel instead.
