I called Duke Energy and was on hold for several minutes. I was calling from a business and for that business. I am the person that answers all calls. I received a call while talking to the CSR and asked if I could put the call on hold while I answered the phone. She rudely told me that she couldnt hold but a minute. I felt that they have people on hold for them and I should have been able to answer that call. I was calling for my business and was at a business location. But really, I wouldnt have minded except her attitude was not very nice. She should look for another job and not deal with people. She was not very nice when reciting her lines of the rules either. The more I think of how she acted, the more I get mad and am glad that I personally use Owen Electric. I should have had my company use Owen. Her name was Haley.
