I ordered a small FROZEN Dunkaccino (sp?) then paid. When a guy handed me my drink, he handed me a hot Dunkaccino. I said to the man "Sir, I ordered a frozen." Then he gave me back my change and said "It's already made, too bad." I tried arguing because if I'm going to spend money on drink, I'm getting what I ordered. He fought back until I just gave up. I am so infuriated! I am not going to be told what I can't have when the worker messes up and then tells me "NO, " and I'm paying his paycheck. Isn't the customer always right? My experience was horrible and I haven't even gone to Dunkin since then (I go at least everyday or every other day). Fix your staff. No receipt was given.
