Lets get this straight ebay has no customer service buyer and sellers are feed upon like useless blood hosts. When my account was hacked it took weeks to reach a single person. A CS rep actually told me "we are not in the customer support business" contact your credit card company. I no longer buy anything from feebay and I transferred my sales to amazon and bonanza. My work load, fees, profits and stress vastly improved. This company is just a horror and getting worse. Avoid them!
