I've been on eHarmony for almost 3 months and hardly have anyone looking at my profile. I am attractive, have lots of education and great qualities, so this should not be an issue. I suspect there are "members" on there that aren't members. I've contacted a whole bunch of men. You would think that they would at least look at my profile to find out who contacted them, but they don't. Once in a while someone does. This makes me think there's a bunch of fakes on eHarmony.
Also, eHarmony doles out matches (about 8 a day), to keep you paying longer. After being on here for almost 3 months, they send me matches who've been on eHarmony forever. Obviously I should have been put in touch with them right away. And, frustratingly enough, the men who DO contact me are frauds of some kind and are pretty quickly removed from eHarmony. I have had more of this type contact me than legitimate members! My conclusion — eHarmony is in it just for the money. They are structured to keep you on there as long as they can and make as much money from you as possible. Not only disappointed, but totally disgusted by eHarmony. Ugh!
