Just as others have stated, I was in the middle of getting to know interesting people and can no longer access any communication due to technical problems. There does not appear any way to contact someone at eHarmony to receive assistance. I have sent a message through the feedback option, but I too was given the message that they may not respond due to high volume. I want my time and money back!
