Poorly monitored site with accounts frequently being hacked. Also, did you know that customer care representatives cannot send you an email if you have an aol account? This is a new problem I just discovered today. Customer care rep says that she cannot directly email me regarding my refund because "aol is no longer supported by eharmony". She wanted me to CREATE A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT so she could communicate with me – how ridiculous! So now I have to wait for her to email some other dept who will then get back in touch with me within 10 days regarding my refund. Stay away from this site!!!
