I bought an Emerson 50 inch tv Black Friday 2014. Then in October it just shut off and would not turn back on. Since Oct 16 I have now sent my tv to them, waited my twenty days for a new tv, for them to tell me today that they don't have one and now I have to wait another fifteen days for a refund. I just had to send them a copy of my receipt and now have to wait some more. No supervisors ever available and never call back. Why does it take so long to know how you are going to satisfy a customer. I will never buy an Emerson ever. I would not even buy an Emerson Kleenex. Yes I still have my receipt and they are suppose to cover their product for one year.
