Energy North has a very long wait time and always says its "experiencing long wait times" because it always is! Because it has MANY unhappy customers. I had been a customer for 10 years and have ended it this year because they continue to charge higher than any other company rates and enrollment fees ($125 to be in budget program) than any other company I inquired about. They are currently holding over $1,500 in my money from propane that was removed from tank that I had already paid for. They said it would be refunded within 10 days but it has been 3 weeks and after 20 minutes on hold I was told that they had never put in for the refund yet and had no excuse why. This is from the company that threatened to put a lock on my propane tank.
