The local office has not picked up their customer dedicated service line yesterday afternoon nor this morning… Now an hour past my start time, I need to be out and taking care of some supplies in our new residence in an entirely new state, and it is clearly not a technical glitch. It matches the service ethos demonstrated among these reviews. Get back to being a good company please. Do you think you need to worry about anything else???
