Incredibly disappointed with this insurer. My iPhone 6+ was stolen – I have an official police report, a notarized copy of the documents they requested and paid my deductible promptly. It's now been 5 WEEKS since I've filed my claim and I still don't have anything to show for it. My claim was approved and my claims handler assured me that everything had been submitted properly and not to worry. There is no number on their website to call (only a sales line) and once you pay your deductible they will completely stop communicating with you. Please google this company and look at the tons of complaints all over the internet – I wish I had before I bought my policy. Note that many of the people rating the company so highly have never had to file a claim with them. Complete nightmare.
