I'm very disappointed on your services, my booking has been completed before and deducted the hotel fee from my credit card already… But i can't check in to the relate hotel… The staff said no any my booking records and sure that they never are the travel panters with EXPEDIA. So, don't know why i will check in here… Here is 22:30pm in us time… No any rooms can release to me now and i don't know what can i go… What's problem on it??? Pls reply me asap and handle this complain urgently, thanks
