I recently received a letter from AllianceOne credit agency stating I owe $50 from a violation back in Oct. Of 2013. It is now Nov. 2015, and before this letter, I did not receive any correspondence regarding this debt whatsoever. Ez pass NY-Violations Bureau told me they mailed 3 notices to me during this 2 year period, and AllianceOne states they mailed me 1 other letter prior to the letter I actually did receive. I asked they send me copies of these letters they claim to have sent me. That was back on October 14th, I am yet to hear back from Ez pass. I also requested AllianceOne send me a copy of the letter they supposedly sent me that I never received. Same thing, no response. This is not the only problem I've had with EZ pass, but the only one that can affect my credit.
