I recently contacted Family Dollar online to voice a complaint about the manager, Paulyn (?), at store #6039 in North Lauderdale, Fl. I decided to give this store another try figuring that anyone can have a bad day. Upon entering the store the manager commented loudly "I thought you weren't shopping here anymore" in a very derisive manner. I just smiled and said "if it's cheap enough I'll buy it." Paulyn then called me STUPID in front of another customer! She didn't say it once. She said STUPID four times! The other customer was embarrassed but, not as much as I was. For some reason this manager thinks she is the world's greatest person because she has a title. Family Dollar should be ashamed of fostering this feeling of superiority within their management team. I am disgusted!
