The tech Pat seems to have an issue taking too many jobs at a time delaying what could be better customer service. After 2 hours our tires were not even on. I'm told he's been here 30 years. How can he not know how long he takes on his jobs? Someone needs to address the issue with his work or continue to get complaints about poor service. My son, granddaughter and I have waited but… It should have been done. Now going on three hours. BTW the sales reps were great having to explain the service.
