I initially got what I thought was a fair deal from Flagship. They weren't perfect but I was too busy running my business to deal with them if they were doing their job. So after a few years I took the time to calculate what they were charging me and found that somehow my rate had increased to over 4.7% from the original 1.59% I was sold. I understand that not everything would be at that rate but 4.7 is outright robbery. They didn't disclose all of the fees upfront.in the first year they hit me with several hundred dollars in a PCI compliance fee that when I called and asked they said was standard and everyone had to pay it. I wrote it off as a minor issue. However to find out they had increased my rates over the years was shocking. These guys are crooks.
