I am so upset with FlowerDeliveryExpress.com!!! I ordered flowers for my coworker, paid the "rush delivery" to get them to her the same day (November 6) and just found out from her that they were never delivered… I have been calling their "24 hour customer service number" 3 times this morning and after being on hold for 30 minutes each time they told me they were going to transfer me to their "customer advocates" and then after waiting another 10 minutes the phone eventually disconnects EVERY time!!! VERY, VERY disappointed and frustrated!!! I will NEVER use this company again and I will never recommend them.
