I found a $29.99 flower basket and I ordered and I paid for that quick. Aunt birthday in Florida. When I checked my bank account 5 minutes later, see the charge: Enclosure card 4.99, Vase fee 6.99, shipping fee 19.99, handling fee 3.99, sub total 65.95, sales fee 15.89. Transactional Total 81.84. Plus they charged me 2.99 for another charitable organization. 64 dollar above the price of the flowers. I called and cancel the order. Took me 25 minutes, 3 calls, several minutes on hold. I also called my Bank to stop the payment because I do not believe in their cancellation process.
