I order flowers and paid and exuberant price for them. I paid for a rush delivery (4 hours). The flowers were never delivered and they refuse to refund me. They want to give me a store credit. Why would I use such a poor service again when I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the same delivery? I will be reporting them as fraudulent and getting a refund even if I have to spend $1,500.00 with an attorney just on principal at this point!
