I ordered flowers for my best friend's first day on a new job, and did so two weeks in advance through this horrid company. They promptly charged my AMEX, and sent me an email stating the order was processed. After not hearing anything from my friend, I called this company to find out if the flowers had been delivered. Every idiot I spoke to took my information then put me on hold forever, never to come back. I hung up and redialled 5 times! I finally got someone who said "Oh it's been assigned to a floral designer." I asked which florist was handling it because it was already after 4pm and they had not been delivered. She couldn't tell me that. She said she would transfer me, and naturally, was on hold so long that the recording told me to call back! Unbelievable. NEVER again will I use this stupid company.
