I placed an order before 6 A.M. For same day delivery. Additionally, I paid extra for "4 hour rush delivery" because it was my fiance's birthday and I wanted her to receive the flowers and balloons early in the day at her job. When they had not arrived by 11 A.M. I began calling the company. I called no less than 15 times. The people I talked to said they could not help because I made the purchase online. I was, therefore, transferred to customer service: the phone either hung up or I was sent to voicemail. I left many messages. No one called or contacted me.

I received an email after 5 P.M. Stating that the delivery was on the way, offering me a $50 rebate on my next order. Too late! The business was closed for the day and my fiance was gone. It was my fiance's birthday. I checked the order tracker the next day and it still said that the order was en route for delivery. I don't want their rebate. I want a full refund, immediately. Otherwise, I will start the dispute process with my bank and I will report them to the BBB, the FTC and anyone else who will listen.
