This company doesn't even warrant one star! I was assured when ordering a peace plant in a black pot for $55.00 that there would be no substitutions and that it would be delivered the next day. It was delivered at 9 PM the next day and the white and yellow flowers were in a red vase looked like a bouquet found in a gas station! Nothing like I ordered. I tried calling 3x, they either hung up or did not answer my call or email. I have requested that AmEx to withhold payment after going online and seeing 200 complaints against this company. How can they stay in business? I also contacted the florist that received the order and she admitted she gets these complaints all the time about this company though she continues to do business with them! Buyers Beware!: (
