In February 2012 I bought my Escape Limited along with the Ziebart rustproof package from Cortese in Rochester New York. Less than two years later I found rust in the wheel wells and on the interior back hatch seam. After the dealership submitted pictures to Ford they agreed to repair it. Less than 10 months later the rust reappeared. Again I bring it back to the dealership. Again they take pictures for Ford promising to get back to me.

Months passed again I bring it back to the dealership. Again they take pictures to submit to Ford and promised to get back to me. Another month passes I call the dealership who now tells me they cannot do anything for me and give me the number of Ford customer care. After Ford customer care contacts the dealership they return my call. They refuse to correct the problem because the vehicle is out of warranty and out of the warranty repair period. They went on to suggest I contact Ziebart. Never again will I buy from Cortese or buy another Ford product.
