I have just rung TNT – the couriers used by FragranceNet. Seven times to try to find my order. The tracking order they give is never correct. I stupidly ordered more products that I can't get here, they have $450 of my money and I have no paperwork to prove I've placed an order. I have sent them an email asking for confirmation of my order and the tracking no. But so far have heard nothing back. I cannot buy some of the products here, and to be fair have had no trouble except some of the products have been off. I am a make-up artist and qualified beautician, and I like to be able to buy testers as I go through so much product.
