I purchased a bottle of Narcisco perfume on November 10,2015. What I received was a bottle of already USED perfume with sticky tape goop all on the bottle. On November 11, I contacted FragranceNet.com via email with my complaint. I received a prompt reply with a return label to print out. I immediately returned the bottle on November 12th. I have called their customer service on several occasions and am left on hold, only to hear a message that they are experiencing a high volume of phone calls. I have emailed FragranceNet.com at least five times requesting an update on my refund. No answer from my emails. Now I have to contact my bank and file a claim to recover my money. Awful customer service!!!
