Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and even paid the extra money to ensure it would be delivered before noon. The flowers were never delivered so I called that evening and customer service wasn't sure what happened. The following day they called back that they weren't able to find a florist to place the order with (I live in Seattle), and wanted to know if I wanted to try again to send the flowers (clearly I did not). They never bothered notifying me of the problem the day of, and if I hadn't called to complain, I don't know if they would have refunded me my money. The crazy thing is most of reviews online for the company look great, close to 5 stars, but on ConsumerAffairs there are no good reviews. Makes me wonder if they are manipulating the review feedback because it really felt like amateur hour with this company.
