I called Frontpoint as I was receiving text messages every night at midnight. My unit was working just fine prior to calling Frontpoint, besides the text messages. Long story short, after my call with Frontpoint, my unit no longer works, and I'll be completely unprotected while I wait for them to ship a new control panel. Saying you're sorry can only go so far when I'm paying for a service that you're unable to provide, and are even responsible for it going down. As I said, Frontpoint is great, until it stops working. I've never had this type of problem with any other alarm company I've been with. Something to think about if you're looking at Frontpoint. I'm sure they have a lot of competition that won't leave you and your family unprotected.
