Was trying to return a drone, got tested by an associate that mistakenly crashed it to my head without any apology from the manager who seen the whole thing, just keep insisting her own way of thinking. She even asked me if I would like to buy this, a question that make customer looks like a fool. I rather buy stuff online, but not through Fry's. Can't believe there are so many 1 star reviews, but the company is still open for business and still providing 0 customer satisfaction.
