Horrible experience!!!
We scheduled delivery of same day flowers to my young granddaughter in the hospital. She had surgery the day before. Even though we paid the extra fee – the flowers were NEVER delivered!!! But what really infuriates me is that no one from FTD even bothered to let me know! I kept calling my daughter in law to see if the flowers and gift had been delivered and she said no. Finally at 6:15 PM on a Saturday I call FTD! I am told the flowers did not get delivered, would not be delivered but they will try to get to it on Monday! Are you kidding me??? If I had not called I never would have known this! I cannot believe the horrible customer service! My granddaughter is being released on Monday, she would not have even been there! And to top it off – they would have kept the extra fee for the same day Saturday delivery! How dishonest! Then when I tell the customer service rep to cancel the order; she proceeds to hound me to have it delivered on Monday and the will refund me $3.00 – Unbelievable!!!??? I will NEVER use this company again! This was important and they could have cared less!
