I hope you can help me. More than a month ago, I was the high bidder on a Lladro figurine on your online auction. I was notified that payment had been received and shipment made. To date, the package has not arrived and this why I am asking for your help. The total charge for the figurine plus S&H was $64.87. I would like to bid on more Lladro, but cannot under the existing circumstances.
