Call Bonneville Bank and they will connect you to a live green dot representative. However, if the card isn't in your name as it was a gift then they won't be able to assist. But before any of this I tried calling thru the automated system and it was telling me my card is invalid. And when I spoke to someone who claimed to be the cooperate manager they said they can't disclose why the automated system would say that because I'm not the cardholder. This company is a joke and needs a class action lawsuit filed against it.
