I had the worse service ever. The consultants are not properly trained. They are giving you different response in regards to the same thing… Really disappointed and will make sure I spread the news on incompetent and bad service from group on… Still need my refund though… When they take the money its easy but when it comes to bring it back its such a struggle. I have already contacted my lawyer and will take it up until I get refunded.
