I purchased a deal for hair services at Kasa salon in Lexington, Kentucky. I left 3 messages at the provided number over a two week period with no response. I then contacted Groupon customer service. It took them almost 24 hours to respond, although they stated it would be 4 hrs or less. They then said they would contact the business and give them my contact info, and to wait 3 business days for the business to contact me. No contact. So I reached out to Groupon again and they say to give them more time. Ugh! I have requested a refund but they are refusing to give it. Saying only if the business doesn't respond they can give me a Groupon credit. That is NOT ACCEPTABLE as I never intend to purchase from Groupon again.
