I received a tester, tiny bottle of this perfume, that is not suppose to be sold (Davidoff Cool Water). I contacted customer support within the 24 hours after the purchase, waited over 20 minutes and they didn't answer, neither returned my call like promised. The item was shipped very fast, very unusual with Groupon goods (I have waited over 20 days to receive a Groupon goods in the past). I finally spoke with a lady that was kind of rude and not willing to help, just paraphrasing their "FINE PRINT." I am very upset with the way they deal with customers and not really want to give business where there's not care for customer satisfaction.
